ManagedMethods is a cybersecurity and student-safety platform that connects with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 to provide visibility and control over cloud environments, student activity and web usage.
Brafton does a great job of working to understand our needs and outline strategic and tactical plans to get there. They’re very flexible with our frequently changing needs, which I appreciate. You can scale them up or down, depending on what you have going on and they’re great to work with.

THE CHALLENGE
Breaking Through in High-Stakes Search Topics
ManagedMethods needed a strategic SEO partner to strengthen its authority in two highly competitive and rapidly evolving areas: cloud services and school cybersecurity. As demand for expertise and guidance in these spaces grows, so does the volume of competing content, making it increasingly difficult to stand out in search results.
To remain visible and credible to their target audience, ManagedMethods required a more targeted content approach — one that could capture high-intent search traffic, address specific user needs and reinforce their position as a trusted voice in K–12 cybersecurity.
THE SOLUTION
To help ManagedMethods stand out in a competitive search landscape, our SEO team developed a targeted content strategy focused on high-impact opportunities within cloud services and K-12 cybersecurity.
We began by identifying high-intent keywords and search trends relevant to school IT decision-makers, with particular attention to queries that aligned with both traditional rankings and AI-driven search features. From there, we built a strategic roadmap centered on 14 targeted blog posts designed to address specific user needs and gaps in existing content.
Each blog was guided by detailed Search Performance Briefs (SPBs), outlining keyword targets, search intent and content structure. Our writers then created authoritative content tailored to ManagedMethods’ audience, balancing technical depth with clarity to ensure relevance for educators and IT leaders alike.
We chose this authoritative blog-based approach for a couple of reasons: it helps to strengthen ManagedMethods‘ topic authority while also positioning them to capture visibility across both standard SERPs and Google AI Overviews.
