Brafton’s newest sales director, Stacy Randel, oversees our business development team – and she’s already having a positive impact on our company culture. Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Allen Schweitzer knew she was the person for the job very early in the interview process.

Despite being a newer member of the team, Stacy’s quickly learning the ropes, with help from the teammates surrounding around her.

I speak four languages and I’m told my accent when I speak Mandarin sounds pretty authentic.

Mary from Downton Abbey because she’s a trailblazer and not afraid to speak her mind.
