Brafton’s newest sales director, Stacy Randel, oversees our business development team – and she’s already having a positive impact on our company culture. Chief Sales and Marketing Officer Allen Schweitzer knew she was the person for the job very early in the interview process.

“Being a director isn’t ‘just another role’ and I couldn’t accept a candidate that treated this opportunity as ‘just another job,’” Allen said. “Stacy has deep experience in consultative selling and she knows what it takes to build and maintain an effective sales team. And further beyond that are her intangible qualities that, at the end of the day, won me over. She’s a good listener and she has a quiet confidence about her that earns credibility. I have no doubt that she will be an integral part of Brafton sales and help us continue the growth we’ve seen that’s kept us on the Inc. 5000 for the last three years.

Despite being a newer member of the team, Stacy’s quickly learning the ropes, with help from the teammates surrounding around her.

“The level and diversity of talent here is amazing,” she said. “Everyone has been very generous in sharing what they know. I learn from them every day.”

„Stacy’s a good listener and she has a quiet confidence about her that earns credibility,“ CSMO Allen Schweitzer said. „I have no doubt that she will be an integral part of Brafton sales and help us continue the growth we’ve seen that’s kept us on the Inc. 5000 for the last three years.“

Another key to Stacy’s success and her recommendation to new teammates?

“Reach out and get to know the other departments,” she said. “Real collaboration happens when you can understand and appreciate the bigger picture.”
